The old NH 48 through Nadiad and Anand to Vadodara, then east to the Narmada and the world's tallest statue. Bikes can't use the expressway, so this is the way.

The Ahmedabad–Vadodara Expressway is closed to two-wheelers, so ride the old highway through Nadiad and Anand. It is four-lane and busy. After Vadodara the road east to Kevadia is wider and carries less traffic.
